The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders placed after 12PM Mountain Time for in-stock items will ship next business day unless otherwise notified. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The time-frame indicated by the shipping calculator is based on business days which excludes weekends and state holidays. I.E. 2-day Delivery on an order which is submitted in-time to ship Thursday will not typically arrive until the following Monday (or Tuesday, if Monday is holiday.) Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur which are out of our control.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Predator Fish Bait ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Usually tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours once it is scanned into the system by the courier.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Predator Fish Bait is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged and Lost Packages
While Predator Fish Bait is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, we would be happy to file a claim on your behalf with the courier. Please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org and include photos of the damage (if applicable). If there is damage, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods while your claim is processing.
International Shipping Policy
International orders are accepted and are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. After your order is received, we will confirm your order via email.
Additional shipping and handling fees may be required depending on your location. Should additional fees be required you will be notified by email with a link to complete your transaction. If additional payment is not received within 10 business days of notification, your order will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
Transit and delivery times vary depending on the country being shipped to; while we make a goodwill effort to provide you with any and all shipment details, occasionally tracking information can be extremely limited for international delivery. Please allow time not only for transit but also for processing through your country’s customs administration.
